With the purchase journey mapped out, interactive prototypes were created to simulate the full user experience, including catalog navigation, product filters, cart, and checkout. This stage allowed for validation and refinement of the interface before moving into development.
Usability tests were conducted with real users to evaluate their interaction with the app. The focus was on assessing shopping flow clarity, ease of using product filters, and the sense of security during payment. Insights collected helped streamline processes and boost user confidence.
During implementation, the approved design was integrated into development with high fidelity. The launch phase included performance optimizations, payment system integration, and final visual refinements to align with ICON’s brand identity.
