With a decade of experience in UX and Product Design, I’ve led end-to-end digital projects at agencies and large companies. My experience spans B2B and B2C products, from mobile apps to complex web platforms, always focusing on solving real user problems through strategic, research-based, and execution-ready design.

Along the way, I’ve worked with global teams at companies like Serasa and Sys Manager, where I’m based at Petrobras, Brazil’s largest oil company. I consistently help bring clarity to product decisions and impact user experiences. Alongside my full-time role, I also take on freelance and consulting work, supporting product teams that need senior design expertise, a fresh perspective, or help shaping and delivering better digital experiences.

Mentoring and teaching have always been part of my journey since I started.

I’ve supported designers at different stages of their careers—from juniors building their first portfolios to veterans navigating career changes. Through one-on-one mentorships, I help connect design theory to real-world practice. This is how I stay connected to the community and contribute to shaping the next generation of designers.

About me

Currently, I’m a UX Design Specialist at Sys Manager, based at Petrobras. I focus on shaping screens for systems and user experiences across global platforms.

I lead design in cross-functional teams to connect the needs of each project I’m assigned to, ensuring that what we build is a fully functional delivery to the client and aligns with the company’s vision. I work closely with stakeholders and developers to lead end-to-end projects, from initial research and opportunity framing to design execution and implementation.

This role requires a balance of systems thinking, practical design, and the ability to translate complexity into clear and elegant solutions.

Selected Experience

I lead the design and optimization of navigation flows for complex Petrobras systems, simplifying the user journey to increase operational efficiency. I structure and maintain the Design System documentation, creating components and style guides that ensure visual consistency and accelerate the development cycle. I collaborate directly with the front-end team in an agile environment, ensuring the implementation of high-fidelity prototypes and solving usability challenges in real time.

As a Product Designer at Serasa, I led initiatives to simplify the user journey from the public site to the logged-in area, focusing on conversion and engagement. I expanded the Design System with new web components to accelerate delivery and ensure visual consistency, redesigned strategic flows using Figma and Maze to reduce friction in user acquisition, and acted as the main UX liaison across squads, translating business needs into effective solutions while ensuring high-fidelity implementation with developers through Jira.

I was responsible for establishing and leading the UX/UI discipline in the company, implementing a user-centered design process to guide all digital initiatives. I structured a complete workflow with wireframes and prototypes for websites, campaigns, and ads, translating business needs into intuitive interfaces. I introduced usability testing as a core validation practice and managed deliveries using agile methodologies (Kanban), ensuring effective solutions aligned with the company’s strategy.

I pioneered the establishment of the agency’s UI/UX discipline, implementing its first workflow with wireframes, prototypes, and responsive website development in CMS, with a strong focus on usability and accessibility. I expanded the scope to a 360° digital design approach, managing client visual identity across social media and applying SEO techniques, while also introducing formal user and client interviews to guide design decisions and validate solutions based on real insights.
